| YAY~ I like that "SMAXY" Arigatou xD I made it with Paint Shop Pro *JASC Software And then I uploaded with the Administration Panel. Everyone is totally free to make any layout! Just make a - Background - Top-image - Icons with Hiro+NEW & Hiro+UPDATED & Hiro+LOCKED And tell me the colours (in #FFFFFF format) If I like it (and other members), I can upload it at the Admin Panel  |
